Polarize your prospects/customers to either love you or hate you.

There’s no money to be made in the middle.

Consider Howard Stern, the shock jock. On one hand there are lot of people who will tune in just to see what Howard says so they can hate him more, but on the other hand,
there are people who absolutely love him and pay Sirius radio a monthly subscription just to listen to their “god”.
